Who can use Pairlooms
You must be 18 or over. The app includes an explicit question tier, which is why an age confirmation is required at sign-up.
Your account and your space
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- A space holds two people. Either of you may disconnect at any time.
- Content you write belongs to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and show it to your partner inside the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pairlooms to harass, threaten or abuse anyone, to share unlawful content, or to attempt to access another couple's space. We may suspend accounts that do.
Subscriptions
- Pairlooms is free to use. The daily question, answering it, revealing it together and your streak are always free.
- Pairlooms Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered as a weekly or yearly plan and priced per couple — one subscription covers both partners.
- Prices are shown in your local currency in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, where one is offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their own policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Not professional support
Pairlooms is for reflection and connection. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice or crisis support, and nothing in the app should be treated as professional guidance. If you feel unsafe, please contact trusted local services.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will give reasonable notice in the app.
Liability
Pairlooms is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
